The Cool Club

Ardo is looking for cool new colleagues! In addition to an ever-growing and fresh frozen food story, Ardo also has a team of 1,000 talents in Belgium. That is why we created the Cool Club: an employer branding campaign that shows employees at their coolest and attracts new talent to join this club of cool colleagues.










Lights, camera, cool!

The members of the Cool Club are the stars of our campaign imagery. In a flashy behind-the-scenes video, we showed everyone how cool they really are.










A kick-off making everyone melt

Want to turn heads with your campaign? Sometimes, all you need is an ice cube. For our internal launch, we sparked curiosity by challenging employees to predict when the Cool Club logo would drop from a melting ice block. Those with the closest guesses skied away with vouchers for an indoor skiing experience.










Talent hunting, high and low

The Cool Club's perks weren't just shared internally; we went big, showcasing its benefits across both digital and traditional platforms. We used targeted ads on Facebook and Instagram to lure in cool talent to Ardo. And if you're in the region, our icy-cool campaign might catch your eye on various Akzie boards, catering posters, and even in publications like De Zondag and Krant van West-Vlaanderen.










Te coolest job site
